How to order

After selecting the item you wish to purchase, you can place it in the shopping basket. When you have finished making your selections, you need to complete the order by inserting your personal data in the order form.
You can view the contents of the "shopping basket" at any time by clicking on the link "basket".
The order is not finalised until accepted by the company Sorrentino di E. Sorrentino & C. Snc, which reserves the right to complete the order within three days if the items are available in the warehouse and within 30 days if the items need ordering.
Confirmation of the order and estimated delivery time to the carrier will be communicated via e-mail as soon as possible; orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation by sending an e-mail to:

If there is no confirmed cancellation of the order of, the contract may be regarded as sealed and the order is confirmed definitively.

Prices

The prices of items are given in Italian lira and in Euros and DO NOT INCLUDE VAT.

For goods intended for purchase and shipping to countries in the EU, select the appropriate field in the order form and VAT at 20 % will be added to the total cost of the products.

For goods intended for purchase and shipping to countries outside the EU, select the appropriate field in the order form and sales will be carried out TAX-FREE. Any taxes or customs duties liable must be paid by the purchaser to the carrier on delivery of the goods.

In order to send items to an address which differs from that of the account holder, payment must be carried out by money transfer in advance.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered to your home by an international express courier commissioned by Sorrentino jewellers within three working days of dispatch.
Delivery world-wide is free for all orders over 400,000 Italian lira or 206.58 Euros.
For orders less than 400,000 Italian lira or 206.58 Euros, delivery within Italy and countries of the EU costs 30,000 Italian lira = 15.49 Euros. Delivery to countries outside the EU costs 80,000 Italian lira = 41.31 Euros.
Any customs duties liable for delivery to countries outside the EU are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid to the courier on delivery.

Privacy

With regard to Italian Protection of Privacy Law no. 675/96, all personal information collected will be considered strictly confidential; responsibility for data collected is held by the company Sorrentino di Enrico Sorrentino & C. Snc (hereafter described as "the company"), at corso Umberto 383/385, 80138 Naples, Italy. The individual responsible for data collected is the managing director, Gennaro Sorrentino, who undertakes to not pass on to third persons nor to sell said information to external companies; all data collected will be computerised and will be used by the company solely to identify purchasing customers and by the relevant courier companies for delivery of the goods. Unless express refusal is received from a customer, the information collected will be used exclusively to communicate new details, promotions and new product offers.

How to return goods

Goods purchased online are subject to the regulations of Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/99; customers may exercise their right to return goods within ten days of delivery of the item. Customers wishing to exercise their right to return goods must send a registered letter with recorded delivery or a telegram containing the following:
A declaration of intention to return the goods.
Identification of the items intended for return.
The number of the sales invoice accompanying the delivered goods.
The means of reimbursement for any sums paid.
The address to which the address of telegram should be sent.

Reimbursement of sums paid can only be made if the customer delivers the items destined for return to the courier commissioned by Sorrentino Jewellers, without charge to the customer, along with the original sales invoice accompanying the item when first delivered to the customer.

Sorrentino Jewellers will reimburse customers by bank transfer within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the goods returned. Any reimbursement is limited to the cost of the item as listed in the order note and the sales invoice; any other shipping or delivery costs incurred by the customer shall not be reimbursed and will therefore be the customer's sole responsibility.
The right to return goods does not apply to items sold which have been tailor-made and/or made to measure.
The right to return goods is only applicable if the goods and packaging are undamaged.
